This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application BUSSID Skin Maker (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). The App is a tool designed to allow users to create and edit custom livery skins for Bus Simulator Indonesia.

Local Data Storage: All user-generated content, designs, custom stickers, text, and project files are saved locally on your mobile device's storage. We do not upload, transmit, or store your design projects on any external servers.

The App integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Specifically, the App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process telemetry data, which includes:
- IP address (which may be used to estimate general location)
- Advertising ID (AD_ID) or other device identifiers
- App usage statistics and interactions with advertisements

3. Permissions Used by the App
The App requests specific device permissions to function correctly. These permissions are restricted to operations required for app functionality:
- Internet & Network State Access: Required to fetch and load advertisements from Google AdMob.
- AD_ID Permission: Required on Android 12 and above to enable Google Mobile Ads to deliver personalized advertising.
4. Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
5. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) & GDPR Compliance
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user personal data. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to delete or opt-out from. For third-party ad networks, Google provides mechanisms to limit ad tracking or select non-personalized ads in your Android device settings.
