This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile application Flute Simulator (the "Application") on mobile devices.
Summary: Flute Simulator does not collect, record, store, or share any personal data, voice files, or audio recordings. All microphone processing is done entirely in real-time, locally on your device, solely to detect blowing actions to play the virtual flute.
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Microphone Access
The Application requires access to your device's microphone. This permission is utilized exclusively to measure input volume and frequency in real-time. This allows the Application to detect when you blow into the microphone and trigger the corresponding flute sound output.
Important Note on Audio Recording: We do NOT record, save, store, or transmit any audio signals or voice data from the microphone. All audio analysis is performed instantaneously in volatile RAM memory on your device, and the data is immediately discarded. No audio data ever leaves your device.
Personal and Device Information
The Application does NOT collect any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical location) or device identifiers (such as IMEI or MAC addresses).
2. Third-Party Services and Analytics
We do not integrate any third-party software development kits (SDKs), advertising networks, or user tracking services that collect or monitor your personal information.
3. Children's Privacy
The Application is designed for users of all ages. Because we do not collect, request, or store any personal information of any kind from any user, we do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
4. Data Security
Since we do not collect or store any of your personal or raw audio data, there is no risk of your data being exposed, leaked, or breached from our servers.
