Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the OCR Scanner app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the developer. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Application uses the camera and storage permissions solely to provide OCR and file export functionality. Scanned images are processed on-device or via Google ML Kit services and are not stored on external servers by the developer.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the developer improve the Application and service. The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Firebase Crashlytics

Data Retention Policy

The developer will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The scan history is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by you at any time.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Security

The developer is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
