Toolkit for Electrician is an offline-first application.
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not require account creation, registration, or login to use the app. We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, or location on external servers.
- Local Storage Only: All calculations, job notes, customer details, measurement logs, and user preferences (such as dark mode settings or unit choices) are saved locally on your device using SQLite and SharedPreferences.
- No External Server Transmission: Your job notes and calculation history remain strictly on your physical device and are never transmitted to us or any third-party servers.
2. App Permissions
The app requests minimal Android system permissions to deliver core functionality:
- Vibration (`android.permission.VIBRATE`): Used solely to provide optional haptic tactile feedback when tapping buttons or performing calculations.
3. Data Export and Sharing
Toolkit for Electrician includes feature options to export job notes or calculation logs to CSV files or share results as plain text. When you perform an export or share action, data is formatted locally on your device and handed over to standard Android sharing system intents. You retain full control over where and with whom you share your data.
4. Third-Party Services
The app does not contain third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or external analytics frameworks that gather user tracking data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times:
- You can delete individual job notes or clear your entire calculation history inside the app settings.
- Uninstalling the application will automatically remove all locally stored app data from your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this policy page.
